Melissa Brumer

Personal: I am an insatiably curious person who loves running in the mountains, swimming in the ocean, and solving systemic problems that matter. I am passionate about working to address the climate crises and relentlessly dedicated to truth and integrity.

Professional: My 15+ years across various industries in versatile roles has made me a seasoned Product, Project, Program, and People Manager. I've partnered with global teams to develop and execute product roadmaps for enterprise SaaS companies. I've led the successful 0-1 launch of a machine learning-based math diagnostics platform for underserved community college learners. And I've managed the creation of hundreds of online training programs to customers like Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing, and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

I also have extensive experience as an editor and have written a book about sustainability in the book publishing industry.

Educational: I hold a Master of Science in Writing, a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability, a graduate certificate in Advanced Soil Health, and am a certified Scrum Product Owner. I will be participating in one of four cohorts for the Regenerative Practitioner Training program in 2024.
